Overall, I am pleased to be living here in this community. I enjoy participating in a lot of the activities that is provided and all of the events that are planned. Staff members are very nice and professional. The only things that need to be addressed is the front fountain and one of the fish ponds need to be repaired and cleaned.

I've residing at Solea since opening in 2017. I've seen many changes and improvements. Solea provides many activities and events so that residents many interact with each other. Events and activities are well planned and organized. We recently acquired new management staff and they are excellent. Very considerate of residents needs.

We sold our home in nearby Copperfield and moved into Solea Copperfield Active Adult Over 55 Community over 5 years ago! What a wonderful experience it has been! You can be as active or inactive as you desire and there are ample opportunities to stay active with a calendar full of events that is printed out and delivered to us at the beginning of each month! The best part for me is that there is no longer the long list of maintenance and repairs that seemed to be unending with our home ownership! The maintenance team here is top notch and a simple burned out light bulb is usually replaced within hours! And the front office staff are always attentive, caring, and helpful when we have special needs. Come and join us and experience it for yourself!

I have been a resident of Solea Copperfield for four years. I think if you are over the age of 55, this is the perfect place for you. What I have encountered are extremely friendly people, helpful office staff and maintenance men that are there when you need them. There are as many activities as you care to attend. I have rented for over twenty years and Solea Copperfield does care. In most communities you are just a nameless face but here I feel they do a great job of wanting to get to know you. I am happy I chose to live here even knowing there are many other senior apartments close-by. What I do appreciate is that you can be involved or just keep to yourself. No one will pressure you here. I recommend living here. One last thing, the location is great!

Pool has basically been shut down with very little updates on status. We’re all left guessing. Our best amenity that we pay a premium price for has not been able to be used most of the pool season. Only updates we’ve received was when I asked in an email and status was “we’re working with the inspector”. But we had to ask for that update. So very disappointed in the communication on the pool closure. At least with the clubhouse remodel we were given periodic updates. Nothing on the pool

Overall living here is good. I have met some wonderful people and feel like family. The complaint or criticism I have is with recent renovations that were done in the clubhouse. It is really nice & pretty in its way, but it is not what we like, I'm speaking for others I have talked with. It is not homey. It is for the younger generation. We did not have a say in what we would have liked. I believe the money spent on renovating could have been to clean out the fishponds, which are horrible. Or helped residents with a month free rent. That's how I feel. I think if you ask others you will hear the same thing. I plan on renewing my contract for now, but if the rent continues to increase I may have to move.

Things keep getting getting better at Solea. We have a new management staff, Renee, Morgan and Catalina. They are the best. Friendly greetings every day. Always willing to help and plans great events. Solea is not just an apartment it's a home. Many activities-fitness, daily games, and gatherings. I've been here since the opening in 2017 and plan to remain. If you're looking for a new home come join us. We'll welcome you with grace.

I have lived at Solea Copperfield for almost 3 years. The facility is nicely maintained by two maintenance personnel. My maintenance requests are met in a timely manner and done satisfactory. I participate in the weekly exercise classes such as Core & Balance, Chair Yoga, etc. with very good instructors. I also enjoy the monthly craft class, special events, social hour and bus trips. You meet people with like-interests which forms a sense of community. We welcomed Renee, and Morgan two months ago. They both are friendly and very helpful. Renee and Morgan will take the time to sit down with us in the Clubhouse and join in our conversations which makes it easier to get to know them.

I have lived at Solea for 5 1/2 years and I love it! The facility is beautiful inside and out, the staff is responsive to our needs and maintenance does a great job. There are lots of fun activities to participate in and I have made lots of wonderful friends. What more could I ask for?

I've been at Solea since they opened. I've made new friends and family. I've had many memorable experiences Solea offers many opportunities to interact with friends. Coffee group every morning, games, social events. The managers and mantainence staff are excellent.

I live here in this 55 and older independent adult living! We love it and the excellent staff! Chief among the staff who have been here through thick and thin of these three years have been the maintenance staff. Robert and Jose have been so responsible and prompt to respond to each and every one of our maintenance requests and needs! I count them as friends! Their work on both the general property maintenance as well as what they have done for my wife and me personally is never done in a way that communicates anything negative! I am glad that they are here and they are two of the reasons that my wife and I have renewed our lease several times!

This is a wonderful senior community and I have made lots of friends and there are tons of activities every month. Renée is our new manager and she is doing a wonderful job in taking care of our needs. Morgan is our new assistant manager and she has been very helpful with my request. Robert and Jose take care of the property and always respond when we have things to fix in our apartments. I love the senior community!

I’m on my 3rd lease. Super quiet yet a lot of resident functions. This Friday we are going on the Painted Churches bus trip. I’m 58 so I barely make it in and I love it here. The pool center area is so nice and beautiful at night. It is more well than worth it for the security, the quiet and the pure perfection upkeep If a lightbulb goes out, put in a request on the app, they come change it. They change the air-conditioning filter monthly. You can’t ask for a nicer place to live.

I have been a resident of Solea Copperfield since it was constructed 8 years ago. I wouldn’t live anywhere else! I love the neighborhood location and have ALWAYS felt safe. People are welcoming and very friendly, having made many wonderful friends. It is truly a COMMUNITY to me. Many of us have started our own activities over the years in addition to Solea activities. It’s HOME to me! All my maintenance requests were handled expeditiously. We have a wonderful manager who is welcoming and available when I need a response to a suggestion or problem that may arise. I hope to be able to continue living here for many years. It has everything I needed.

The last seven years has been full of challenges from selling our ‘forever home’ to finding a safe, secure home-like environment for me and my husband. Also, it was important to be in a community offering a variety of activities, social affairs, exercise room, a clubhouse and on-site management. Our patio apartment at Solea Copperfield meets all of our needs, wants, and expectations. Thank you, each and everyone who has been a part of our journey. It’s good to be home.

We have had our apartment at Solea Copperfield since March of 2022. It is actually our second home. It was our intent to stay for one year yet three years later, here we are! We feel safe and secure while here and while away. The grounds are lovely and well maintained as are the apartment units. We make use of the pool in warm weather and our granddaughter delights in the Koi ponds. Residents are the best! They are welcoming and have formed a true family-like community. Management is attentive, efficient and always responsive.

I love living at Solea Copperfield! This 55+ active adult community is everything I was looking for and more. The resort-style amenities, from the pool to the fitness center and clubhouse, make it easy to stay active and enjoy life. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I need, including high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a big walk-in closet. The on-site management team and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive, making this truly a stress-free living experience. I highly recommend it!
