Overall appearance of facility is good, but can be improved. Walls and baseboards around elevators are painted beige and look scuffed and dirty. Hallways have wainscoating and are painted taupe. It would improve the other walls if they also had a wainscoating painted taupe. Hallways need to be checked and mopped for rainwater if we have bad storms since we have openings at various junctures. It would be nice to have another activity class added such as line dancing, tai chi, etc. Flower pots around the pool are not watered properly and look droopy if no rain. My rent has increased 18% in 3 years time since I moved here. I am paying $400 more per month. I have a 2BR plus study and a garage. I might have to downsize to a smaller apartment if my rent increases as it did with my last renewal. I am retired. I like the brunches we have and themed nights with music. The catered dinner at Christmas and Valentine's were very good. Also enjoy craft projects and painting with Dina.

Property cleanup: I would like to see the stairwells cleaned in section 5. Staff: Additional detailed communication would be helpful involving changes of event details and repair update notifications (EX: elevators). I appreciate the maintenance men repairing my apartment timely.

Good activities to enjoy with friends. The staff is friendly and accessible. The holiday activities/parties were great.The “poop” stations are not maintained as often as needed because they are overflowing and stinky.

Maintenance staff are always very pleasant. I gave fair on timeliness due to worker came on next business am (request went in Sunday so they showed up Monday, which is very appropriate). However, issue was looked at and was said be back later and no one showed up. They did show up the next day and took off a panel and hit a reset. The reason for fair is that reset could’ve been done on the very first trip. This was not a major issue so I do not consider this to be a major deal. When they did come, of course they are always pleasant and professional.

I am probably the last tenant you should be asking about Solea. I do not and have not attended any of the activities. I am comfortable by myself and I still working which fills a lot of my time. You will see me probably 2 - 3 times a year (one of those is to sign the lease. The location is close to my family which is most important. My complaints are handled expeditiously. The Maintenance Staff is working on a leaking shower.

Maintenance is poor. Dirty hallways, apartment maintenance is not the best. Our maintenance needs to get better. I have had a leaky shower, and mold in my bathroom for 5 years. Things are not getting fixed properly. Such as mold-the cause is not addressed. It is painted over! I have put in many requests to have things fixed, but it is never fixed properly!

Overall, Solea Copperfield is a beautiful and friendly community. The place is fairly kept. The elevators need to be cleaned and refreshed weekly. It is one of the first, if not the first sight that someone sees or uses : residents, guests and prospects. The Office gives a feeling of openness and welcoming. But When both doors are closed without an indication of why and when to return, it leaves a feeling of closed and “do not disturb “. Perhaps a sign of “out to lunch, be back .. OR “Conference Call” , “Staff Meeting “ give us. A sense of time when we can come back to see the Manager or the Assistant. One office door should be open at all times. A once a month or every other month Community meeting would be good to keep us all posted, informed and not hear rumors. Perhaps you already do, but a card or a text or a phone call to see how it is going for a resident who is going through a hard time; especially a health diagnosis. Just to reach out to say “hello”! There has been a water pooling problem in our hallway when heavy rains are accompanied by heavy gusty winds. We have suffered through water mitigation once since renting but the pooling of water has NOT been resolved./// Solea social dinners and meetings are often held on Wed and Thus afternoons and evenings which conflicts with our church activity nights.

I have lived at Solea Copperfield for almost 3 years. The facility is nicely maintained by two maintenance personnel. My maintenance requests are met in a timely manner and done satisfactorly. I participate in the weekly exercise classes such as Core & Balance, Chair Yoga, etc. with very good instructors. I also enjoy the monthly craft class, special events, social hour and bus trips. You meet people with like-interests which forms a sense of community. We welcomed Renee, Manager, and Morgan, Assistant Manager, two months ago. They both are friendly and very helpful. Morgan helped me a few weeks back secure an Uber ride on my phone. The app had changed since I last used it, but Morgan helped me get to my appointment on time. Renee had us fill out a form to give ideas for improvement before our Town Hall Meeting this month which I thought was a good idea. Renee and Morgan will take the time to sit down with us in the Clubhouse and join in our conversations which makes it easier to get to know them and vice ver

I've been at Solea since they opened. I've made new friends and family. I've had many memorable experiences Solea offers many opportunities to interact with friends. Coffee group every morning, games, social events. The managers and mantainence staff are excellent.

I live here in this 55 and older independent adult living! We love it and the excellent staff! Chief among the staff who have been here through thick and thin of these three years have been the maintenance staff. Robert and Jose have been so responsible and prompt to respond to each and every one of our maintenance requests and needs! Our administrator and assistant administrator have changed at times during our three years, but the constant presence of these two men has been a blessing. I count them as friends! Their work on both the general property maintenance as well as what they have done for my wife and me personally is never done in a way that communicates anything negative! I am glad that they are here and they are two of the reasons that my wife and I have renewed our lease several times! Thanks Robert and Jose!

This is a wonderful senior community and I have made lots of friends and there are tons of activities every month. Renée is our new manager and she is doing a wonderful job in taking care of our needs. Morgan is our new assistant manager and she has been very helpful with my request. Robert and Jose take care of the property and always respond when we have things to fix in our apartments. I love the senior community!

I’m on my 3rd lease. Super quiet yet a lot of resident functions. This Friday we are going on the Painted Churches bus trip. I’m 58 so I barely make it in and I love it here. The pool center area is so nice and beautiful at night. I would say the price is probably a little higher however it is more well than worth it for the security, the quiet and the pure perfection upkeep If a lightbulb goes out, put in a request on the app, they come change it They change the air-conditioning filter monthly You can’t ask for a nicer place to live Some views from my home

My favorite reason for living here- are the Exercise Classes -lead by a Professional. I regularly attend and Benefit from the Chair Yoga and Core and Balance Classes. The Pool and surrounding area is serene and delightful. The Bus trips are definitely a Plus. The Area “Up Keep”and Maintenance is well done-- most of the time. I do feel that one Staff Member should be available -part time -on weekends. I usually do not participate in the 4:00 Social Events- because they are too Early and Only last One Hour. Staff participation is rushed and minimal! I also do not think that Solea’ Copperfield receives the same Quality of Food, Beverages, Services, etc. that is provided at Solea’ Cinco Ranch !. I do feel safe living here.

About the first 8 mths I lived here I was pretty wonky & out of it, but tried not to show it (which was really exhausting), but now I am finally back mentally & back to my old self….physically taking care of myself & slowly gaining my weight back! When I moved here, I expected to have more things to do in the evening hours since I am still working. Another community that my mother lived in had all kinds of things planned for 7 PM or so. I have not been able to partake in very many activities because everything is usually over by 6 PM and I don’t even get off work till 6 PM or later. Don’t get me wrong. The apartments are great. The staff is great. I just don’t get to partake in any extracurricular amenities.

After residing here for 8 years our apartment is in need of new carpeting. It has been cleaned every 2 years but is beyond cleaning now. Appliances are functioning but occasionally failing to function. Example the clothes dryer will have to cool off between cycles before restarting. Maintenance requests have failed to correct this because by the time the repair person comes the machine has cooled off and starts up! The ice maker functions but makes loud thumping noises periodically when starting. It is just a sign of wear and tear over the years just like us! Otherwise we are still glad we chose Solea Copperfield as our residence.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years & enjoyed it. There are lots of activities to participate in if I want to. I have met some wonderful people & made good friends. Unfortunately, like everything else my rent goes up each time I renew my lease which only time will tell if I can keep up with the increases. Although trash pick-up is convenient I do not agree with the charge. I think $25.00 monthly charge for me, a single person, is too much. I normally only have trash one day a week, definitely not 5 days!! Over-all I'm pretty happy here & plan on staying until I can't afford it or cannot take care of myself.

I have been a resident of Solea Copperfield since it was constructed 8 years ago. I wouldn’t live anywhere else! I love the neighborhood location and have ALWAYS felt safe. People are welcoming and very friendly, having made many wonderful friends. It is truly a COMMUNITY to me. Many of us have started our own activities over the years in addition to Solea activities. It’s HOME to me! All my maintenance requests were handled expeditiously. We have a wonderful manager who is welcoming and available when I need a response to a suggestion or problem that may arise. I hope to be able to continue living here for many years. It has everything I needed.

The last seven years has been full of challenges from selling our ‘forever home’ to finding a safe, secure home-like environment for me and my husband. Also, it was important to be in a community offering a variety of activities, social affairs, exercise room, a clubhouse and on-site management. We have had our apartment at Solea Copperfield since March of 2022. It is actually our second home. It was our intent to stay for one year yet three years later, here we are! We feel safe and secure while here and while away. The grounds are lovely and well maintained as are the apartment units. We make use of the pool in warm weather and our granddaughter delights in the Koi ponds. Residents are the best! They are welcoming and have formed a true family-like community. Management is attentive, efficient and always responsive.

I love living at Solea Copperfield! This 55+ active adult community is everything I was looking for and more. The resort-style amenities, from the pool to the fitness center and clubhouse, make it easy to stay active and enjoy life. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I need, including high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a big walk-in closet. The on-site management team and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive, making this truly a stress-free living experience. I highly recommend it!
